Pies are served hot and ready to eat from the shop.
If you are taking pies home to eat later, the best method to warm a cold pie is a quick blast in the microwave before a short bake in the oven.
Pre-heat oven to 350
1 minute per pie in the microwave PLUS 10-15 minutes in the oven
(internal temperature should reach 74 degrees).
Thaw pie in refrigerator overnight before re-heating the COLD PIE as instructed above.
Bake from frozen:
*This method results in a drier crispier crust
Preheat to 350, bake for 35 minutes (internal temperature should reach 74 degrees).
